Wingate's Munro Named South Atlantic Conference Women's Swimmer of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference announced its Women's Swimmer of the Week for meets competed in during the third week of the season. Wingate's Kelsea Munro was named the swimmer of the week.

Munro, a sophomore Pretoria, South Africa, took home three individual event victories to help the No. 6 Bulldogs defeat Catawba and Lenoir-Rhyne. She won the 100 backstroke with a time of 58.46 and was a part of two relay titles, the 200 medley relay (1:51.27) and the 200 freestyle relay (1:39.06).
