Men's Basketball

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Lenoir-Rhyne center Conrad Luczynski has been named the South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Men's Basketball Player of the Week for games played during week three of the 2025-26 season, the Conference announced today.

Luczynski, a junior from Bartlett, Ill., led the Bears to a 2-0 week with wins over Johnson C. Smith and Lincoln Memorial. In the process, LR snapped LMU's 68-game home conference winning streak. In the two wins, he averaged 17 points per game and pulled down 10.5 rebounds per contest while shooting 77.8 percent from the field. Against the Railsplitters he went 7-of-7 from the field and had 16 points and 15 rebounds to go with three blocks. For the week, he had eight blocks and added three assists.

Women's Basketball

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Emory & Henry guard Lyndie Ramsey has been named the South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Women's Basketball Player of the Week for games played during week three of the 2025-26 season, the Conference announced today.

Ramsey, a sophomore from Elizabethton, Tenn., led the Wasps to an 84-73 win over Anderson on Saturday. In her 27 minutes of action, Ramsey dropped 27 points and was a scorching 7-of-8 from long range. She went 8-of-14 from the field and hit all four of her free throw attempts. In addition to a career-best scoring effort, she chipped in four rebounds, two assists a steal and a block in the SAC opener.
