Tusculum's Noe Named 2020 SAC Baseball Elite 20 Winner

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Tusculum senior Kent Noe was honored as the 2020 Elite 20 Award winner for baseball, presented by the South Atlantic Conference on Thursday (April 23).

This award honors the student-athlete with the top cumulative grade-point average (based on a minimum of 48 credit hours) in each of the league's 20 team championship sports.

Noe, a right-handed pitcher from Knoxville, Tenn., has a 3.925 GPA while majoring in physical education.

Noe was limited to just one inning of work on the mound during the 2020 season due to sickness. He threw a scoreless inning against Gannon allowing just one hit with a strikeout.
