The South Atlantic Conference Announces 2023 Baseball Championship MVP and All-Tournament Team

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Newberry's Jacob LeBron was tabbed the 2023 SAC Baseball Championship MVP, the Conference announced today.  The top four teams in the SAC Championship head coaches also selected a 15-member All-Tournament Team

LeBron, a junior outfielder from Lexington, S.C., batted .409 for the tournament with a double, three RBIs, and a stolen base. He also had a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage in right field for the Wolves with an outfield assist.

Newberry led the way with seven players on the All-Tournament Team, followed by Lincoln Memorial with four players on the squad.  Lenoir-Rhyne and Wingate rounded out the All-Tournament team with two players each.
