Limestone's Parke and Wilkins Named South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Baseball Player and Pitcher of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Limestone's Winston Parke was named the South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Baseball Player of the Week, while Limestone's Colt Wilkins was named WePlayed Sports Baseball Pitcher of the Week for games played during week four of the 2024 season, the Conference office announced today.

Parke, a freshman outfielder from West Palm Beach, Fla., led the Saints to a perfect 4-0 record last week, including a three-game sweep of Emory & Henry. He batted .462 for the week with two home runs, two doubles, three stolen bases, 11 runs scored, and eight RBIs. He collected at least one hit in each game finishing the week with a .682 on-base percentage and a 1.231 slugging percentage.

Wilkins, a freshman right-handed pitcher from Greensboro, N.C., picked up the win for the Saints in a 10-0 victory against Emory & Henry. He threw six innings allowing just two hits and no runs with six strikeouts.
