Penn Monto/NFHCA Division II National Coaches Poll Released
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) released the latest Penn Monto/NFHCA Division II National Coaches Poll on Tuesday, September 16, with two South Atlantic Conference teams earning recognition.
Newberry entered the week ranked No. 7 after opening the season 3-0, moving up three spots from last week's poll. Lander made its debut at No. 9 following a perfect 3-0 start to the year, marking the Bearcats' first appearance in the national top 10 this season.
The Penn Monto/NFHCA Division II National Coaches Poll is voted on by designated NFHCA member coaches from each conference and does not determine selections to the NCAA Division II Field Hockey Championship. Polls are released every Tuesday throughout the regular season.
