Anderson's James Named South Atlantic Conference AstroTurf Men's Basketball Player of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Anderson guard Crosby James has been named the South Atlantic Conference AstroTurf Men's Basketball Player of the Week for games played during week eleven of the 2019-20 season, the Conference announced today.

James, a freshman from Columbia, S.C., led the Trojans to a pair of SAC victories this week, including a thrilling 92-91 win over Catawba. James posted a career high 27 points with three rebounds and a steal against Catawba. He then netted 26 points with three rebounds in Anderson's 89-78 win over UVa-Wise. For the week, James averaged 26.5 points and three rebounds per game, while shooting 73.9 percent from the field and 88.9 percent from three-point range.

This is James' first player of the week selection this season.
