Three SAC Men's Basketball Teams Punch Tickets to NCAA Southeast Regional

ROCK HILL, S.C.  (theSAC.com) – Three South Atlantic Conference men's basketball teams have earned bids to the 2020 NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Southeast Regional, the NCAA announced today.

Lincoln Memorial earned the No. 1 seed and will host of the tournament at the Railsplitter's Tex Turner Arena March 14, 15 and 17. Queens earned the No. 2 seed and Catawba was picked as the No. 6 seed.

The Southeast Regional is one of eight eight-team regionals, which will be played at on-campus sites. The eight regional champions will advance to the 2020 NCAA Division II Men's Elite Eight will be held at the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana, March 26 and 28. Winners will advance to the NCAA Division II National Championship in Atlanta, Ga. April 5, in conjunction with the NCAA Division I Final Four.
