The South Atlantic Conference Announces Men's Lacrosse Astroturf Players of the Week Honors
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference announced its AstroTurf Men's Lacrosse Players of the Week for games played during the twelfth weekend of the 2022 season. Queens' Kealan Pilon garnered the offensive honor while Limestone's Tim Ladner collected the defensive honor.
A senior attacker from Ontario, Canada, Pilon helped the Royals to a 2-0 record this past weekend. He tallied 10 points on five goals, while also adding one ground ball and five assists. This is Pilon's third Offensive Player of the Week honor of the season.
A sophomore defender, Ladner, helped the Saints secure a 26-7 win over Catawba this past weekend. Overall, the Sandwich, Mass., native tallied 12 ground balls while also going 12-for-13 in faceoff attempts. This is Ladner's second consecutive Defensive Player of the Week honor of the season.
