The South Atlantic Conference Announces WePlayed Sports Men's Lacrosse Players of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference announced its WePlayed Sports Men's Lacrosse Players of the Week for games played during the tenth week of the 2024 season. Limestone's Zachary Terry was named the Offensive Player of the Week and teammate Tim Ladner was named the Specialist of the Week, while Wingate's Peyton Farley was named the Defensive Player of the Week.

Terry, a junior from Tega Cay, S.C., kept No. 1 Limestone undefeated with a five-goal outburst in a 22-7 win over Catawba. Terry added two ground balls and leads the conference with 55 goals on the season. This is Terry's third Player of the Week honor.

Ladner, a senior from Sandwich, Mass., was perfect for the Saints in the win over Catawba. Ladner went 19-for-19 in faceoffs and grabbed nine ground balls. He added a goal in the victory as Limestone moved to 13-0 overall and 7-0 in the SAC.

Farley, a junior from Tega Cay, S.C., had three caused turnovers and two ground balls on the day as the No. 7 Bulldogs held Anderson to a season-low five goals in a key 11-5 conference road win. Farley shut down AU's leading scorer as Wingate improved to 9-3 on the season and 6-1 in conference play.
