The South Atlantic Conference Announces AstroTurf SAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week, Oct. 10
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Lenoir Rhyne forward Ismael Noumansana has been named the AstroTurf South Atlantic Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week for games played Oct. 4 – Oct. 9, the League announced today.
Noumansana, a junior from Leims, France, continued his big play this season by scoring all five goals for the Bears this week in a 3-0 win at Mars Hill and a 2-2 draw at Anderson on October 8th. He recorded a hat trick, which included the game winner at Mars Hill on October 5th and kicked both goals against the Trojans to finish the week with 10 points. Noumansana currently leads the South Atlantic Conference in goals scored (14) and total points (29). The award is his second consecutive Player of the Week plaudit.
