Limestone, Lenoir-Rhyne, and Coker Punch Tickets to NCAA DII Men's Soccer Tournament
ROCK HILL, S.C. (theSAC.com) – The Limestone Saints, Lenoir-Rhyne Bears, and the Coker Cobras will all represent the South Atlantic Conference in the NCAA Division II Men's Soccer Super Region 2 Regional, the NCAA announced today.
Limestone is the No. 8 seed, Lenoir-Rhyne is the No. 9 seed and Coker is the No. 10 seed.
The nationally ranked No. 19 Saints will take on the Bears in the opening round match on Friday (Nov. 19) at 3 p.m. at host Young Harris. The winner will advance to play top seed Young Harris on Sunday (Nov. 21) at 3 p.m.
The 2021 SAC Men's Soccer Tournament Champion Cobras will hit the road to No. 2 seed Palm Beach Atlantic, where they will play the No. 7 seed Nova Southeastern in the first round on Friday at 3 p.m. as well. The winner of that match will face Palm Beach Atlantic on Nov. 21 at 3 p.m.
Advancing teams will move on to the NCAA Men's Soccer third and quarterfinal rounds on Dec. 2-5. The NCAA Men's Soccer semifinals and final will take place Dec. 9 and 11 at Switchback FC Stadium in Colorado Springs, Colo.
