Catawba’s Hector Bousoulas Named Men’s Tennis Player Of The Week

ROCK HILL, SC -- Hector Bousoulas of Catawba College has been named the South Atlantic Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week announced league officials Tuesday.

Bousoulas, a 5-11, 160-pound sophomore from Athens, Greece, won both of his singles matches as the Catawba Indians recorded wins over NCAA Division I foes Winston-Salem State and North Carolina Central.

Bousoulas and No. 3 doubles partner Cyle Petersen accounted for a pair of 8-1 pro set wins on the week.

The SAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week is selected by a vote of the league's sports information directors.
