The South Atlantic Conference Announces AstroTurf SAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week, Mar. 2

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Mars Hill's Euquerio Guerrero has been named the AstroTurf South Atlantic Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week for matches played Feb. 23-Mar. 1, the League announced today.

Guerrero, a senior from Mexico City, Mexico, went 2-0 against Anderson last week.  He got the match started with a win at No. 1 doubles as he teamed with Alberto Ortiz to pick up the 8-5 win over Nicolas Ascarrunz and Juan Carracedo.  He followed with a 7-5, 6-2 win at the top singles flight over Ascarrunz.  The award is his first Player of the Week plaudit this season.
