The South Atlantic Conference Announces AstroTurf Men's Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Catawba's Darius Turner was named the South Atlantic Conference AstroTurf Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week, while Coker's Alex Berry was named AstroTurf Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week for meets contested March 18 through March 24, the Conference office announced today.
Turner, a freshman from Burlington, N.C., posted the fourth best time in NCAA Division II in the 100-meter dash at 10.48 seconds.
