The South Atlantic Conference Posts Five Squads to the 2015 NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball National Championship

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference placed five women's basketball teams to the 2015 NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Championship, the NCAA announced this evening.  Anderson, Wingate, Newberry, Carson-Newman and Catawba each earned bids to the Southeast Regional in the field of 64.  All games in the Southeast Regional will be played at Limestone College in Gaffney, S.C.  Below is a look at schedule.

 

March 13 (Game times TBA)
#6 Newberry vs. #3 Anderson, 12:00pm
#7 Carson-Newman vs. #2 Columbus State, 2:30pm
#8 Catawba vs. #1 Limestone, 5:00pm
#5 Wingate vs. #4 Lander, 7:30pm
