Coker's Lambert Named South Atlantic Conference Varsity Gems Women's Basketball Player of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Coker guard Dasia Lambert has been named the South Atlantic Conference Varsity Gems Women's Basketball Player of the Week for games played during week eleven of the 2022-23 season, the Conference announced today. 

Lambert, a sophomore from Mount Airy, N.C., put up a pair of 23-point games for Coker as the Cobras defeated Newberry 75-49 and Emory & Henry 95-74. She averaged 5.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 3.5 steals while shooting 56.7 percent from the field, 62.5 percent from the free-throw line, and 62.5 percent from 3-point range.
