Five SAC Women's Basketball Student-Athletes Named to 2022-23 D2CCA All-Southeast Region Teams
YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. - The D2CCA announced its 2022-23 Southeast Region Women's Basketball All-Region Teams earlier today (March 9). Catawba's Lyrik Thorne, Tusculum's Jami Tham, and Carson-Newman's Braelyn Wykle were named first team honorees. Limestone's Quin Byrd and Wingate's Bryanna Troutman were named second team honorees.
Sports information directors from NCAA Division II Southeast Region schools and conferences selected the D2CCA all-region teams.The process concludes with All- American selections announced later in the month.
The NCAA Division II Conference Commissioners sponsored the All-Region teams.
