Limestone's Hellman Named South Atlantic Conference AstroTurf Women's Golfer of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Limestone's Ebba Hellman was named the South Atlantic Conference AstroTurf Women's Golfer of the Week for events played during weeks one and two of the 2022 spring season, the Conference office announced today. 

Hellman, a graduate student from Ronninge, Sweden, led the No. 3 ranked Saints to a pair of top-five finishes over the last two weeks, including a tournament championship at the 2022 Spring Kickoff Intercollegiate. Individually, Hellman averaged 72.8 strokes over five rounds and captured medalist honors at the Spring Kickoff, while placing fourth at the World Golf Invitational. She carded three rounds of even par or better during the two-week period. 

This is Hellman's third SAC Women's Golfer of the Week award of the season. The bi-monthly award is awarded to the top golfer in the SAC based on their results from the previous two weeks of play.
