Five SAC Women's Golf Teams Ranked in Latest NCAA South Region Ranking

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference posted five teams in the NCAA South Region Women's Golf Rankings.  Limestone came in at No. 3, with Anderson checking in at No. 4, Carson-Newman is No. 10, with Wingate coming in at No. 11, and Lenoir-Rhyne earned the No. 12 spot.

The Saints are currently ranked No. 3 nationally according to the Women's Golf Coaches Association Poll. Anderson is ranked No. 5 nationally, Carson-Newman is No. 17, and Lenoir-Rhyne is No. 18.

The rankings are the official poll utilized by the NCAA in the championship selection process and will continue to be released each week by the NCAA Division II Women's Golf Committee up to the NCAA Championship selections.
