Limestone's Dudick and Stumpf Earn South Atlantic Conference Varsity Gems Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week Awards

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference announced its Varsity Gems Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week for games played in the fifth week of the 2023 season. Limestone swept the awards as Sarah Dudick was named the offensive player of the week and Bailey Stumpf was named the defensive player of the week.  

Dudick, a senior from Fallston, Md., led the Saints to a pair of wins this week as she scored seven goals with one assist. She scored a game-high five goals and posted a career-best 10 draw controls in Saturday's win against UVA Wise. Dudick finished the week with 14 draw controls and two caused turnovers. 

Stumpf, a junior from Tampa, Fla., led Limestone to two wins, picking up four groundballs, six draw controls and five caused turnovers. She led the Saints with five draw controls in Wednesday's win over Lander and forced three turnovers on Saturday afternoon against UVA Wise.
