Four SAC Women's Soccer Teams in the Latest NCAA Southeast Region Ranking
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference posted four teams in the NCAA Southeast Regional Women's Soccer Ranking. Catawba came in at No. 2, followed by Queens at No. 3, Lenoir-Rhyne earned the No. 7 spot, and Carson-Newman moved into the No. 9 spot.
The Catawba Indians are currently ranked No. 10 in the United Soccer Coaches Division II National Poll with a record of 16-0-2 overall.
The Royals have a record of 14-3-1 overall, while the Bears are 11-4-2 overall and the Eagles are 10-4-3 overall.
The rankings are the official poll utilized by the NCAA in the championship selection process and will continue to be released each week by the NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Committee up to the NCAA Championship selections.
