The South Atlantic Conference Announces AstroTurf SAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Wingate senior Elma N'For has been named the AstroTurf South Atlantic Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week for the 2017 season following games played Sept. 11 - 17, the League announced today.

N'For, a senior from Yaounde, Cameroon, found the back of the next twice in each of Wingate's 4-1 victories over the weekend. N'For scored two goals, including the game winner and dished out an assist on three shots in a 4-1 victory over Queens on September 13. He followed that up with an identical game, scoring twice in the span of less than two minutes and assisted on the third goal of the game in a 4-1 victory over Anderson on September 16. N'For ranks second in the SAC in goals and points, trailing only his teammate, Elliot Cutts. The award is his first Player of the Week honor this season.
